Financial Power Of Attorney

The power of attorney for financial purposes is created to appoint an agent or agents to manage a full scope of financial activities concerning the client’s real estate property, non-real estate property, financial accounts and/or investments, and even business operations and activities. The powers granted to an agent will continue to be in effect even if the client becomes incapacitated, for a specified period of time, or, if there is no time limit, when the power of attorney is revoked in writing by the client, or upon the death of the client, granting the power of attorney.
