David Nevarez is a native of El Paso, Texas, who graduated from El Paso High School, and attended Amarillo College, in Amarillo, Texas, on a full basketball scholarship.
After attending Amarillo College, David attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, at which time he completed his undergraduate and legal education under the joint Bachelors in Business Administration and Juris Doctor degree program at the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business and Baylor Law School.
In 1981, David received his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School, and his license to practice law in the State of Texas. David is fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior to entering the private practice of law, David attained in-depth experience, knowledge, and understanding in the administration of trusts, wills, and probate while serving as a Trust Officer for several years at and for the trust department of a national bank in El Paso, Texas.
